El Banco Espa帽ol de Algas (BEA) dentro del marco de colaboraci贸n con la Oficina Espa帽ola de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM), incluye en su p谩gina web el servicio de informaci贸n sobre Alertas Tecnol贸gicas OEPM.

La Oficina Espa帽ola de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM) ha atendido nuestra petici贸n de una alerta tecnol贸gica espec铆fica sobre Cultivo y Uso de las Microalgas, que recoge todas las solicitudes de patente publicadas en el 谩rea recientemente. Puedes consultarla en esta secci贸n o en la web de la OEPM a trav茅s de este enlace "MICROALGAS: CULTIVO Y USOS"

 Con objeto de facilitar el uso de las patentes como fuente de informaci贸n t茅cnica, la Oficina Espa帽ola de Patentes y Marcas pone a disposici贸n del p煤blico las Alertas Tecnol贸gicas como un servicio de Informaci贸n Tecnol贸gica.

Las Alertas Tecnol贸gicas proporcionan un listado actualizado diariamente de las publicaciones de Solicitudes de Patente m谩s recientes a nivel mundial sobre un tema t茅cnico concreto.

Las 谩reas tem谩ticas de cada Alerta son habitualmente establecidas en colaboraci贸n con las Plataformas Tecnol贸gicas y otras instituciones u organismos respondiendo a las necesidades de informaci贸n concretas de empresas y organismos p煤blicos de investigaci贸n.

Una vez determinado un tema de inter茅s, los Examinadores de Patentes establecer谩n una estrategia de b煤squeda que acceder谩 autom谩tica y diariamente al sistema Open Patent System OPS de la Oficina Europea de Patentes. Dicho acceso posibilitar谩 la confecci贸n de una Alerta Tecnol贸gica. Las estrategias se revisar谩n con periodicidad anual con posterioridad a las actualizaciones anuales de las Clasificaciones Internacional IPC y la Clasificaci贸n Cooperativa de Patentes CPC.

La informaci贸n sobre cada patente recogida en la Alerta Tecnol贸gica puede ampliarse accionando el hiperv铆nculo a la base de datos espacenet, la m谩s completa y actualizada, con casi 100 millones de publicaciones, con informaci贸n bibliogr谩fica, traducci贸n autom谩tica, los documentos originales, la familia de patentes, la situaci贸n jur铆dica, las tramitaciones, etc
