ASP-12 Medium + 2 x NaCl
Medium used to culture Dunaliella sps. Prepare ASP-12 culture medium as indicated below, (according to J. McLachlan: Growth media – marine. In: Handbook of Phycological Methods, Culture Methods and Growth Measurements; ed.: Janet R. Stein; pp. 25 – 52) however, add 58 g of NaCl.

Preparation of Culture Solution
